Do you want to be part of it?
We are looking for an International Sales manager to complete our sales leadership team. You will be responsible for the business development of the region and the leadership of your sales team. You will have the opportunity to set strategy and to achieve goals for your team.


As the International Sales manager, you will develop and define the local sales strategy in order to achieve the objectives and prepare action plans. You are responsible for planning the activities related to your departments annual cycle and ensure that they run smoothly. With the help of your Sales team, you will work on leading the sales force of your territory by creating a strategic plan, participating on the development of new markets, and building a strong sales team culture.


You hold a degree in horticulture, in agriculture or any other relevant training as well as 10 years of leadership experience in the field. You must be available to travel internationally on a regular basis. Past experience working and traveling in Latin America is desirable. With your proven track record of successful results, your ability to mentor and inspire you team as well as your ability to share corporate vision and strategies, you are the person we are looking for!

Location: Negotiable, but quick access to Latin American markets is desirable
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
Area of responsibility: All markets outside of Canada and the United States with a focus on Latin America and Asia.
