As Vice President—Marketing and Communications, you will actively participate in the development and deployment of the company’s strategic plan. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and directing the overall marketing strategy, as well as guiding and implementing its activities. You will play a central influencing role in positioning our products in various markets and will demonstrate a constant concern for brand awareness. An inspiring leader, you will support and grow the team already in place.
OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:
As part of your mandate, your first mission will be to help review the structure of your department so that it corresponds to your vision. Of course, you will have to manage the activities of the marketing department: strategic planning, organization, project orientation and follow-up, and team supervision. More specifically, you will have to articulate and steer the brand strategic direction, establish the strategy to be adopted, and ensure its deployment. You will ensure cohesion within your team by acting as a coach.
You will propose innovative projects based on extended analysis to ensure a strategic positioning of the company on the market. Your authenticity and creativity mean that you are the right person to support the communications team and maintain quality relationships, both internally and externally with our various communities.
You have a vision and you know how to share it with the team to promote its adoption in a concerted manner. Your university degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field combined with approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role mean you have everything you need to assume your leadership role as a VP.
