Reporting to the Supervisor Administration/HR, the employee will mainly ensure the proper functioning of the shipping department. He/she will be required to complete administrative duties and quality control tests (PH). He/she must be responsible, self-reliant, courteous, able to make quick decisions and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Have one year experience in the secretarial field or client service;
- Secretary course;

- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point;
- Have an excellent knowledge of the French and English Language.
