Today, the third-generation business includes approximately 40 acres of ornamentals under glass and more than 300 acres of outdoor fruit production. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aron Hoff grew up on the farm and later turned his passion for growing into his role as Head Grower. Today, as Head of Operations, he works alongside his family co-owners, having led the business through a period of rapid expansion. \u201cIn the last 15 to 20 years, the growth has been exponential,\u201d he explains. With production running 52 weeks a year, consistency across every input is critical. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-row\"><br \/>\n<div class=\"column-5\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-14804\" src=\"https:\/\/www.berger.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/07\/meyers-farms-hands-scaled.png\" alt=\"Meyers Farms - Hands\" width=\"1024\" height=\"695\" \/><br \/>\n<\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"column-1\"><br \/>\n<\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"column-6\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16pt\"><strong>Meyers Farms has worked with Berger for over 30 years \u2014 a relationship that has evolved alongside the farm\u2019s growth. \u201cWe\u2019ve grown to be more partners than a customer,\u201d says Hoff. \u201cThere\u2019s a level of trust that\u2019s been built over time.\u201d <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Today, the team relies on Berger\u2019s BM4 NF Wood mix for its consistency and performance. \u201cIt\u2019s a very consistent mix\u2014something our growers are really happy with,\u201d Hoff notes. \u201cThat reliability is something we\u2019ve come to count on.\u201d At scale, that dependability helps ensure uniform crops and smooth operations across the entire business. <\/p>\n<p>Beyond the product, the partnership itself plays a key role.
