Mechanic \u2013 Mobile Equipment<\/h4>\n

You will be the person responsible for the maintenance of all rolling and heavy equipment in the garage.<\/p>\n

Industrial Mechanic<\/h4>\n

You will do preventive and corrective maintenance on the machines. You will even perform fabrication and installation during this construction.<\/p>\n

Industrial Electrician<\/h4>\n

You will be responsible for commissioning equipment in the plant and for improving and maintaining it.<\/p>\n

Fire Watchman<\/h4>\n

You will do the rounds on the site to prevent any risk of fire. You will even have the opportunity to help with production if needed!<\/p>\n

More About the Oakbank Mixing Plant<\/span><\/h4>\n

This new production plant, which is scheduled to be fully operational in early summer 2021, is the 9th Berger\u2019s horticultural mixing facility, and fourth site in Manitoba.<\/p>\n

The future infrastructure will use high-quality Canadian peat moss and first grade ingredients to create specific purpose growing media. The plant is also designed to include a quality-control laboratory and state-of-the art automated packaging systems. Ultimately, the year-round operations will employ more than 50 employees from a wide range of positions.<\/p>\n
