We are looking for a Sales Representative for Quebec and Maritimes! You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within the assigned territory to meet annual sales objectives. Your role will be to position Berger products with prospective growers in a variety of key strategic markets.

OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:

As a Sales Representative, you will develop, maintain, and build relationships with growers within key markets. You will develop and implement sales strategies for targeted accounts and markets and utilize Berger’s Services to deliver competitive advantages and add-value for customers. As customer’s needs are the number one priority at Berger, you will be coordinating travel with our Technical Grower Advisors to assist with trials and complaints, but also with the Divisional Sales Manager to engage customers, build relationships, assist in the sales process, and build value with customers.

As a member of our highly respected sales team, you will participate in sales trainings, and attend in all corporate, district and bi-annual sales meetings. To ensure their smooth running, you will support the sales and marketing teams during special events (trade shows, conventions, etc.) taking place in the territory, in Canada and possibly in the United States, as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

You hold a degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Business Management, Sales, or other relevant fields as well as 5 to 7 years of Sales related experience. You are bilingual in French and English. You must be available to travel on a regular basis, have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle. With your proven business to business sales record, your strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and your drive for results, you are the Sales Representative we are looking for!
