Field Attendant
The field attendant is responsible for harvesting peat in our fields and for general and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
Field Team Leader
The field team leader would be responsible for leading a team in day-to-day operations, and preparing fields for harvest and ensuring the quality of the harvested peat.
Gofor
The gofor is responsable to bring support to the plant by replacing various workstations.
Production Manager
This role involves providing leadership and implementing organizational strategies to ensure our customers receive products that meet Berger’s high-quality standards.
Quality Controller
You will be responsible to perform pH analyses on samples to ensure compliance with Berger’s quality standards.
Mixer operator
The mixer operator is responsible for blending ingredients in our plant. If you are a reliable person and you have good organization skills, you are the person we are looking for!
General Labourer
We are looking for a General Labourer to ensure that we provide all the inputs (such as peat, perlite, vermiculite, or wood fibres) needed for the plant to run efficiently.
Hauler
We are currently looking for a Hauler. Thanks to you, the Field activities will be more efficient!
