Erico Mattos

Erico Mattos, 80 Acres Farms

Erico Mattos is part of the Agronomy team at 80 Acres Farms, the world’s largest indoor producer of leafy greens and herbs. He previously led R&D programs in crop innovation and sustainability at Soli Organic. Holding a Ph.D. in Crop and Soil Sciences from the University of Georgia, Erico also co-founded two LED lighting control companies and served as Executive Director of the GLASE Consortium at Cornell University, advancing energy-efficient technologies for growers.

Charlie Rossignol

Charlie Rossignol, Berger

Charlie Rossignol is Sustainability Director at Berger, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability and ESG across agricultural supply chains, civil engineering, and apparel. Having worked both as a supplier and a customer in global organizations, she offers a unique perspective on sustainability challenges and opportunities. Originally from the UK, Charlie now lives with her family near Montreal.

Seth Reed, Ball Horticultural

Seth Reed, Ball Horticultural

Seth Reed joined Ball Horticultural Company’s Sustainability Team in the summer of 2025. He works closely with Ball’s Global locations to help them follow their 10-year roadmap as outlined in their newly published Sustainability Report. Through a coordinated effort with leaders and local green teams he is excited about making progress on their corporate goals. Seth is approaching nearly 3 decades of horticulture experience including 18 years at Ball Horticultural Company. Beyond his Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, he has a comprehensive background in the horticulture industry including Garden Center Retail, Young Plant Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing for a vegetative perennial breeder, and even a stint in technology to help launch the GrowIt! Mobile App. His wide range of experiences has helped form his practical approach to sustainability within the horticulture industry.
